NSF = Bounced Check, a Check that could not be processed by the bank
Things happen and you have received notification that your payment was returned from your financial institute. When a payment is returned you will receive notification from the management company.
What you can do is re-issue your payment with a $25.00 NSF fee (This is the fee our bank is assessed for the inability to process your payment successfully )
We wil not attempt to process your payment for a second time. You will receive a notice once the management company is made aware. We do not recommend waiting for us to notify you.
