How do I submit a payment?

-All payments, for up to date accounts, should be mailed directly to the payment processing center.

-The exception to this is if your account is currently in Collections/Intent to Lien. If so, you must bring your payment directly to the PPM office. 

-If your account is with the attorneys office, please direct all payments to them.

Please be advised that Pines Property Management Inc, does not process payments at our physical location. Please be sure to send all payments directly to the processing center so there are no delays with processing your payment

All payments should have the account numbers written in the memo section for reference.
