Dear Pines Property Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I have been attempting to access the resident portal for the past week without success. Could you please provide me with a direct link to access the portal? The information currently available on the page has not been very helpful in resolving the issue.
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate instructions on how to reactivate auto debit for my HOA account. I have noticed that the auto debit feature, which has been established for over 10 years, suddenly disappeared and failed to pull fees from my account from Jan 2024.
Your prompt assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this request.
