Modification submission procedure


Architectural Modification Request forms must be submitted on the resident portal.
If you are a contractor please advise the homeowner to follow the procedure below 
Submit your application on the resident portal so your application is received promptly. 


Failure to submit all documents on the requirement checklist will result in your application being denied.  Once denied a new resubmission of all documents will be required.

Once logged in your landing page should look like the below. The community name can be found on the left.  If your property has a dual association please be sure to submit your application under the master association 

You  may access the modification form a couple of ways.  By using the top menu or left menu 


Now choose modification form 

You will be directed to the page below, Download the modification form and be sure to review your community guidelines before you submit your application 


Once completed submit your application and you have successfully submitted your application via resident portal
