Fruit Trees

Fruit trees including but not limited to coconut palms, avocado trees, and mango trees shall only be installed in the rear of the property. Fruit trees are not allowed in the swale or side yard of the property. Planting of any trees requires prior approval from the modification committee. A modification request form with a lot survey indicating the location of the tree with correct setbacks must be submitted for approval.
