Lein letter procedure



If you have received a letter from the association's attorney it could be due to a violation or nonpayment of your association payments. 

Pines Property Management cannot discuss any accounts that are active with the association's attorney. 
You must contact legal directly to resolve any violation/ past assessments that may be owed.

Once your file is back with the management company we will be able to assist you with your account.


Any mediation letters, Collections letters, Lien letters received by the attorney should be addressed by the associations' attorney to identify any fees that may be associated with the violation(s)
