Estoppel violation procedure

If you are going to sell your house you may have violations. You may comply with those violations and order an estoppel letter.

When estoppel is ordered the property manager will go out and inspect the property to see if the property has any outstanding or new violations.  There may be new violations depending on the status of your property.
