To replace your windows and doors all items mentioned below must be provided when submitting a modification form for approval. Modification forms must be submitted via the resident portal.
Front door / Garage door:
Front door & garage door color must match. Must indicate on your modification*.
Picture of the current garage and front door
Official survey marking the location of the door(s)
Picture of the new door (s) Style, color chosen, type, material
Current Color Scheme of home ( Most recent approval letter to paint the home)
(Color photo of your home showing the front and garage door's current colors is acceptable)
-Proposal for Impact front/garage doors must be either white, bronze, or match the current color scheme of your home (Your modification form MUST state the option chosen)
If the new door will remain Bronze then must paint the garage door SW7069 Iron Ore
(Must indicate on your modification form)
Window Requirements
All window frames must match -
Official survey marking the location of all windows -
Style and type. -
Picture of new windows -
The proposal which provides details on each window you will be installing
Window frame color (bronze or white only, you must indicate on your application)
