Appointments procedure

PPM highly encourages owners to schedule appointments in order to dedicate one on one time with our residents.  We encourage our residents to SAVE TIME and take advantage of online services.

 

mceclip0.png BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE READ THE BELOW ARTICLES, IF YOU         STILL NEED ASSISTANCE PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE AT 954-438-6570. WE WILL ADVISE IF AN APPOINTMENT NEEDS TO BE MADE. APPOINTMENTS WITH A PROPERTY MANAGER MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER.

4. Appointment with the property manager 

Appointments that need to be scheduled with property managers, need to be made directly with the manager. Not sure who your property manager is click the link below.

5. Submitting payment for your association dues? Payments are not accepted at the management office.

We recommend that you submit your payment online via the resident portal. This will provide you with a confirmation of payment and receipt as soon as you make your payment. Making it easier to track.
Alternatively, you may mail your payment USPS: POBOX 522395 Miami FL 33152. We do not recommend mailing your payment as we will not be able to track the status of your payment until it has been cashed.

 

If you require a decal for your community, please click on your community name below to ensure you bring all the necessary documents. 

1.  All vehicles MUST be present/registered to the property in order to have a decal placed.
