Where do I check the status of my modification?

To check the status of your Architectural Modification request. Log into your residential portal by visiting www.pinespropertymanagement.com

Scroll down to the middle of the page where you see the residential portal & sign in.

You will then see an option that says Architetcuals  (# )  View and add ACC Plans

Select this option to have access to any submissions for your property. Be sure you are in the Master Association to view your open modifications.

YOu will then see all your open modifications click the title of the modification you want to check on to see its status and if there are any internal notes from the management company.
