To have your Association automatically withdraw your community assessments, please complete the attached form at the bottom of this article.
Once completed, the form should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a copy of a voided check. It can also be mailed, or dropped off at the Pines Property Management office. Be sure to obtain confirmation that this form was received.
Please note the withdrawal date is based on your community's due date.
15th day of the quarter in which it is due for communities with quarterly assessments.
1st for communities with monthly assessments
Forms must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the withdrawal date. Forms received after this time frame, will not be debited until the next due date.
