Do Satellite Dishes require approval?

Follow

Yes satellite dishes, like any other exterior alteration, require prior approval. A modification form indicating the location and dimensions of the satellite dish must be submitted to the committee. Satellite dishes cannot exceed 39 inches in diameter, 10 ft in width, or 10 ft in height. The dish should be placed in the rear of the property unless such location would impede signal. If the dish must be placed in a visible location it must be painted to match the wall color of the home and if possible, partially covered with landscaping.
