Why didn’t I get a statement?

If the account is in collections you will not receive a statement. If your account is not in collections and you still did not receive a statement you can call management to ensure we have the correct mailing address on file keeping in mind statements are sent via regular U.S. mail and are therefore susceptible to being lost in transit. Please note that statements are sent as a courtesy and payments are still due on the 1st.
