The Encantada community party room is available for private event reservations to all Encantada residents in good standing. Available rental hours are between 9:00am and 11:00pm.
The clubhouse is rented at a rate of $302 for a 4-hour time slot (rental on holidays or less than 72 hours notice are subject to an additional rate). Additionally, a $200 security deposit is required, which is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the premises by the association's assigned security guard. Your rented time slot will allow for 2 hours of setup, prior to the scheduled commencement time. The party room must be cleaned and returned to its original condition by the event end time. Any time past the end time will result in an additional fee of $25.50/hour.

Please note the following restrictions:
- Clubhouse reservations are limited to 2 reservations per calendar year.
- Residents requesting a reservation must be in good standing with the association.
- Application for party room rentals can found on the resident portal at: http://pinespropertymanagement.com/res_res.aspx
- Rentals requests are not considered final until approved by Pines Property Management, Inc.
- Cancellation requests provided within two (2) weeks of the scheduled date are subject to a $50 administration fee.
- Renters are subject to the clubhouse rules and regulations found on the rental reservation form at the resident portal.
