Why did I get a late statement if I paid my association?


First, please ensure that the check was cashed. If the check was cashed a check image will need to be provided to our accounting department at andrea@pinespropertymanagement.com so they can research the payment. If the payment was not cashed a new check will need to be issued and a request for late fee removal can be submitted to andrea@pinespropertymanagement.com.
