Can I use a small boat or kayak on the lake?

As outlined in Section 2 (v) in the SilverLakes Governing Documents: "Notwithstanding anything herein, boats with non-combustion engines, sailboat, canoes, and rowboats shall be permitted on any lake if such vessel is eighteen (18') feet in length or shorter. Any such watercraft may be stored by an Owner on that portion of [their] Unit abutting a lakefront, or may be docked at such Owner's dock, if such dock is approved in accordance with the requirements of this Declaration."
