If you have received a Fine Hearing Notice (the second notice of violation) inviting you to the month's fine hearing it is in your best interest to attend if you require more time to comply with the violation. The Fining Committee will hear testimony from homeowner's who would like extensions on their violation without having the fine levied against them. If you have complied with the violation you will not need to attend the hearing as the Property Manager will do an inspection that day to close all cured violation.
