Silverlakes has entered into a new contract for cable and internet services with Comcast.
This contract took effect on May 1, 2017.
The association absorbed the added cost of the new services until the end of 2017 to allow all residents to have their services installed without incurring any additional fees.
Effective January 1, 2018 the cost for the new services, including cable and internet will be increasing to $67.00 per month ($201.00/quarter).
